    عن المعرض

Gulfood Manufacturing Dubai 2026 will take place from 3 to 5 November 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The exhibition will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on 3 and 4 November and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 5 November.

Gulfood Manufacturing is one of the world’s leading specialised exhibitions for food and beverage manufacturing technology. Unlike Gulfood, which focuses primarily on finished food and beverage products, Gulfood Manufacturing covers the systems, machinery, ingredients and technologies used to manufacture, process, package, store and distribute those products.

The exhibition brings together the full food-production value chain across five principal areas: ingredients, processing, packaging, supply-chain solutions, and control and automation. Visitors can explore machinery and technologies for mixing, cooking, freezing, filling, bottling, weighing, inspection, labelling, packaging, warehousing, cold-chain management and factory automation.

The 2026 edition is expected to host more than 2,500 exhibitors and attract senior professionals from food factories, beverage companies, engineering departments, procurement teams, investment groups and technology providers. Official event information highlights an audience of more than 61,000 industry professionals, reflecting the exhibition’s importance as a commercial meeting point for the global manufacturing ecosystem.

What distinguishes Gulfood Manufacturing is its concentration on the operational and technological side of the food industry. It allows manufacturers to compare complete production lines, discover new ingredients, evaluate packaging systems and examine automation solutions that can improve productivity, food safety and production consistency.

The event is especially important as manufacturers seek to reduce costs, limit production losses and respond to growing demand for flexible and efficient factories. Technologies presented at the exhibition can help companies increase production capacity, reduce energy and water consumption, improve traceability and minimise dependence on manual operations.

Automation and digital manufacturing are increasingly central to the exhibition. Participating companies present solutions involving artificial intelligence, robotics, smart sensors, data analysis, predictive maintenance and real-time production monitoring. These technologies allow food manufacturers to identify operational problems, improve quality control and make faster decisions based on accurate factory data.

The ingredients section is also a major component of Gulfood Manufacturing. It connects manufacturers with suppliers of flavours, colours, sweeteners, stabilisers, emulsifiers, proteins, functional ingredients and formulation solutions. This makes the exhibition relevant to companies seeking to develop new products, improve texture and shelf life or respond to changing consumer demand for healthier and more convenient foods.

Packaging is another key area of the event, covering flexible and rigid packaging, filling systems, sustainable materials, labelling technologies and end-of-line solutions. Companies can assess packaging technologies that protect product quality, extend shelf life, reduce transport costs and improve presentation in retail and export markets.

For the global food industry, Gulfood Manufacturing provides a strategic platform for investment and factory development. Manufacturers can compare suppliers from different countries, negotiate machinery purchases, identify contract-manufacturing opportunities and examine the technologies needed to establish or expand production facilities.

Dubai’s position as a commercial and logistics hub strengthens the international value of the event. Gulfood Manufacturing attracts visitors from the Gulf, the wider Middle East, Africa, South Asia and international manufacturing markets, giving exhibitors access to regions experiencing rising demand for food-processing capacity and food-security investment.

The exhibition is highly relevant to Egyptian food companies because the country’s export ambitions require continued investment in production efficiency, food safety, packaging quality and compliance with international standards. Egyptian manufacturers can use the event to identify the technologies needed to increase capacity and produce consistently for demanding export markets.

Companies planning new factories or production-line expansions can meet international machinery suppliers and compare technical proposals in one location. This can help Egyptian investors assess production capacity, energy consumption, maintenance requirements, after-sales support and the total cost of operating different systems.

Gulfood Manufacturing can also help Egyptian companies overcome production bottlenecks. Manufacturers facing challenges involving waste, inconsistent product quality, limited automation or inefficient packaging can identify practical technological solutions and meet specialist suppliers capable of adapting equipment to their products.

The exhibition is particularly valuable for Egyptian manufacturers of frozen fruits and vegetables, dairy products, juices, concentrates, edible oils, bakery products, confectionery, snacks, processed olives, dates, sauces, ready meals and packaged agricultural products.

Egyptian exporters targeting the Gulf, Europe, Africa and other international markets can also use the event to upgrade their packaging and product-development capabilities. Improvements in shelf life, traceability, production hygiene and packaging durability can strengthen their ability to meet the requirements of importers, retailers and foodservice buyers.

Ingredient producers, packaging companies and engineering businesses from Egypt may also participate as exhibitors rather than only as visitors. Egyptian suppliers of natural ingredients, fruit concentrates, herbs, spices, packaging materials and manufacturing services can use the event to reach regional food factories and build business-to-business partnerships.

The exhibition also creates opportunities for cooperation between Egyptian manufacturers and international technology companies. These relationships may include machinery supply, technical training, factory design, local maintenance services, technology transfer and joint investment in food-processing projects.

Gulfood Manufacturing Dubai 2026 should therefore be viewed as a strategic industrial platform for Egyptian food companies. It offers access to the machinery, ingredients, packaging systems and digital solutions needed to increase production capacity, reduce costs and strengthen export competitiveness.

For Egyptian companies seeking to move from conventional production towards modern, efficient and export-ready manufacturing, the event provides a valuable opportunity to evaluate technologies, meet global suppliers and develop investment plans capable of supporting long-term growth in international food markets.
